Easy French Toast

Ingredients

1. 4-8 Slices of bread (texas toast size is better)

2. 2 large eggs

3. 1/2 cup milk

4. 1 tsp vanilla extract

5. 1 tsp cinnamon

6. Butter or oil for frying

7. Maple syrup, powdered sugar and any additional toppings

Instructions

1. In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon until well mixed

2. Heat skillet over medium heat with small amount of butter or oil

3. Dip a slice of bread into the egg mixture coating both sides evenly, drip off excess

4. Place slice onto the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown

5. Repeat for remaining bread slices

6. Serve with butter and syrup and any other toppings you would like
